All fees and registration are requested by June 15th due to limited space and the popularity of the camp.

Options and Fees: From June 20 - 23 several "camper options" are available (i.e., Day Campers, Special Clinics, and Overnight Campers).

Special Clinics: Quarterbacks and Receivers Clinics ($90). Check in time is at 12:15 in the Student Union Ages 8-14.

Check in for Overnight and Day Campers: Sunday, June 20th - check-in is from 1:00PM to 3:00PM in the Student Union. Opening ceremony begins at 4:00PM.

Day Campers: Day Campers fee ($360). Ages 8-14 daily schedule (9:00AM - 5:30PM).
Day camper drop-off is at 9:00AM, and meals are included(lunch and dinner).

Overnight Campers: Check in June 20th from 1:00 to 3:00. 
Overnight Camper's fee ($485) includes all meals, instruction, and housing (rooms assigned day of check-in).

Pre-registration for Special Clinics, Day Campers, and Overnight Campers: When pre-registering, a $150 deposit guarantees enrollment, although full payment can be made at this time. A completed application form must accompany the deposit. Once pre-registered, a confirmation letter and camp schedules will be mailed. Remaining fees are due by June 15th.

Refunds: Prior to June 15th, there will be a $100.00 handling fee for all refunds. After June 15th no refunds are available due to advance planning and operational/ administration costs. Injured or ill campers, who must leave early, will receive a pro-rated credit good for use at future camps.

Medical Forms: by June 15th, a medical form must be completed and signed by a physician. No camper will participate without a signed medical form or current years physical is fine, they are good from 1 year of date. 

Concluding Activities: On June 23rd, from 6:00PM to 7:00PM, scrimmages and 7-on-7 team competitions will be held. A special "Awards Ceremony" will take place on the practice field at 7:15PM. Parents are invited to attend. Check-out is after the award ceremony.
